The picture catalogue has an irreplaceable
position in enterprise publicity. Picture catalogue design is the publicity
window of enterprise products, which plays a direct role in the promotion of
enterprises, and can improve the company image and product sales. Catalogue printing is equally
important. If the printing is not good, it will not play a good propaganda
role. Attention should be paid to:
1. The text on the picture catalogue printing plate must be
>3mm from the cutting edge, so as not to be cut when cutting. The text must
be curved or traced. Text do not use system word, if used will cause stroke
interleave with white nodes. After the text has been transformed into a curve,
please pay attention to whether there is line skipping or overlap between the
lines. If there are white nodes at the stroke interleaving, it can be processed
with scattered instructions. Do not use overprint in black text.
2. The color cannot be printed on the
screen or printer in picture catalogue
printing. The customer must refer to the percentage of CMYK chromatogram to
determine the color filling. Also note: CMYK chromatogram produced by different
manufacturers is affected by the paper, ink type, printing pressure and other
factors used, and there will be differences in the same color block.
3. When the same document is printed in
different catalogues, the color will be different, and the color difference
will be normal within 10% (due to different ink volume control).
4. In color printing, please try to avoid
the combination of dark color or full-page color, otherwise, it is easy to
produce back printing after cutting.
5. Use the Chinese version of CoreIDRAW9.0
to create the documents. Due to the needs of the group version, all the
documents designed by apple computer will be converted to PC format.
6. The color of the background print or the
bottom print shall not be less than 10% in order to avoid the appearance of the
finished product.
7. The picture catalogue prints all the imported or self-painted graphics, and its
wire frame shall be no less than 0.1mm in thickness. Otherwise, the picture catalogue
print will cause the broken line or the situation that cannot be presented. In
addition, the frame cannot be set to "zoom in and out with the
image", otherwise irregular lines will form when printing output.
8. When the objects in the gradual layer
are placed into the picture frame for accurate tailoring, they should be transformed
into the point matrix diagram (the method is the same as point 6), because the
picture frame placed in the gradual layer will rotate with other objects group
and the direction of the gradual layer will not rotate together. In addition,
no gradient object is allowed to set the "edge width", because the
output machine's interpretation is different, sometimes resulting in
insufficient color filling of the gradient edge.
9. There is no need to draw the cross line
and cut the tangent line. Two invisible wire frames can be used to serve as the
production size and bleeding line 92x56mm.If you need special size, please
specify it in the order and the document uploaded.
10. Special attention should be paid to
placing any picture, color block or line beyond the production size into the
picture frame. Do not use white color block cover, so as not to cause the
confusion when the plate.
