Prepress technology is really important of printing in China. If we don't deal
with prepress problems, we can't print high-quality products.
1. The arrangement of the copy and the
effective content shall be more than 3mm away from the cutting line, so as to
avoid the text being cut during the cutting.
2. The designed document shall convert the
text of the manuscript into a curve, so as not to lose the text or appear
disorderly code due to no font found in the output plate making.
3. Please do not use the system word when
entering text, which will cause white nodes at the intersection of strokes.
Turn the font into a curve and zoom in for observation. If there is a white
node at the stroke intersection of the text, it means that this font is a
system font or a font that can not be used for printing, and other fonts need
to be used instead.
4. To avoid text printing after Photoshop
and bitmap software typing, bitmap text printing will appear different degrees
of blur of the book printing in China.
5. For all input or self drawn line color
blocks and other figures, the setting of wire frame thickness shall not be less
than 0.1 mm, otherwise the printed product may be broken or unable to be
presented.
6. Any gradient object cannot be set with
"edge width", because the interpretation of CTP publishing system is
different, it will cause insufficient filling of gradient edge.
7. If the image is not processed well or
the image format is wrong, the image will be lost, and RGB image or other non CMYK
32 bit image with less than 300dpi will cause color change and blur. When using
to frame precise clipping, please check whether there is a locked to frame
precise clipping, such as unlocked. All objects within the frame will be lost.
8. In coreldraw9, when applied to
gradients, it is easy to rotate when assembling, resulting in wrong direction
of gradient layer. When it is applied to interactive effects (such as stereo
effect and shadow effect), it is easy to cause effect displacement and loss
when the version is compatible and rotated. Please separate the effect after
making the effect, and then turn the bitmap again.
