1. Question: Do your company accept small order?
Answer: Yes, we accept small order as the initial order to start a new business relationship. Customer will experience our quality and service.
2. Question: Can you make the products as per our design and artwork?
Answer: Of course, we can make the products as per customer's design and requirements. Also, we can design for customer if necessary, we have our own designers.
3. Question: Can you send me samples?
Answer: If the models are our own, and there are some samples in stock, we can send one or two pieces for your evaluatoin.
4. Question: What is your sample policy?
Answer: Generally, we need US$150 for one model sample, and this sample charge will be refunded in the purchase order if no change.
5. Question: Who pay the courier charge?
Answer: If you have paid the sample charge, our company will pay the courier charge.
6. Question: What is the payment method?
Answer: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, and other payment method is negotiable.
7. Question: How about shipment?
Answer: By sea, by air, by courier, by rail are all processed according to customer's instruction. Shipping freight is on buyer's account.
