China is a printing
power. There are a lot of processes for book
printing. Let me introduce what is packaging and printing first and then
introduce the process for book printing.
Packaging and printing means printed decorative patterns, designs or text on
the packaging, in order to make the product more attractive or more
descriptive. Generally quotation customized packaging needs based on customer
demand for technology, so what has the process of packaging and printing?
1 Hot stamping:
scientific name is called hot transfer printing, referred to as thermal
printing, and commonly known as hot gold, hot silver. There is a relative cold transfer
printing.
2 UV: UV is the abbreviation;
the full name is "UV transparent oil", is dried and cured by
ultraviolet radiation to the ink. UV usually is screen printing process; now
also have offset printing UV.
3 Embossing: it is pressure
to generate local variations to pattern formation on printing objects process. It
is a metal plate after corrosion then became to press plate and bottom plate
two crimping. It is divided into two kinds of expensive laser engraving plate
and cheap ordinary corrosion plate.
4 Die cut
5 Gold glitter�That is over glue on paper first, and then further
glue sprinkled gold dust.
6 YO: spring-like
object is, mostly plastic, generally used in the calendar and notebook spine, connection
with pages.
7 Lamination: press
a layer of transparent plastic film to printed paper, there are crystal films, gloss
film and matte film. In many places the name is a little different, is not
environmentally friendly.
8 Pinhole: also
called threads, dental floss, it is pressing a semi-connected lines to the
paper, usually appears in the opening package.
9 Punch: It is get a
hold of the paper required to, with a special puncher.
10 Flocking: that is
brush glue to the paper. Then stick a similar substance, so that the paper
looks like flannel.
